So, imagine, we are using our minds to access the vibration and frequency. Yet, with emotions, we attract and co-create with others.
Fruit is a rocket fuel, but our body is not ready for that kind of rocket fuel, especially if it was fueled by different kinds of food for 30+ years.
So with the high-level fruits we go up, like a rocket….a higher vibration and frequency…but then we fall down.
To our baseline of emotions or even worse, to emotions we burried deep down in ourselves.

And this happened to me. I shifted to fruits. Slowly, I went from moderate to high detoxification and then to extreme.
The extreme emotions cleanup kicked in and I started creating worse relationships in my business, with friends, and with all people and things around me.
I saw only darkness. As I did not recognize that darkness is inside me and I am transmitting this outside of me as well.
So, how to be more gentle with yourself?
Go for low-sugar fruits which will give you less hype/surge up, but it will make you feel more grounded.

To me, this looks like a spike of sugar in the brain And then less focus, more hype and less attention to work on anything that needs attention.
So, I am trying cabbage-fermented juice now, but I can not give you any advice as I am still in the process of breaking the plateau of this and making this work.
