Veliko vpra\u0161anje je, kako bomo to mo\u010dno tehnologijo uporabljali v prihodnosti. Dru\u017ebena odgovornost podjetij (CSR), ekologija, recikliranje in poraba energije morajo biti sinergi\u010dno povezani z digitalno tehnologijo, \u010de \u017eelimo ustvariti bolj uspe\u0161no dru\u017ebo za vse. Obi\u010dajno, ko beseda <strong>\u201cvodenje\u201d<\/strong> Kot je omenjeno, ve\u010dina ljudi pomisli na druge ali nekoga z vodstvenim polo\u017eajem v dolo\u010deni organizaciji. Vendar se stvari spreminjajo in spremembe se dogajajo na eksponentni ravni! Po\u010dasen, a vztrajen razvoj znanosti in tehnologije je za\u010del spreminjati paradigmo glede tega, kdo vodi in kaj je vodenje.<br>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dstudio.consulting\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Diseno-sin-titulo-6.png\" title=\"Dise\u00f1o sin t\u00edtulo (6)\" alt=\"Dise\u00f1o sin t\u00edtulo (6)\" loading=\"lazy\">\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipi\u010dne organizacijske strukture, kot smo jih poznali \u017ee stoletja, so imele dobro in jasno definirano &quot;verigo poveljevanja&quot;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Toda z dodajanjem digitalne tehnologije prek na\u0161ih pametnih naprav v ena\u010dbo vodenja so stvari postale nekoliko bolj zahtevne za ve\u010dino organizacij starega sloga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skoraj takoj\u0161en dostop do podatkov in ve\u010dja povezljivost med ljudmi sta ustvarila okolje za spremembe, ki je bilo sprva skovano kot <strong>&quot;Digitalna revolucija&quot;.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vendar je kmalu postalo o\u010ditno, da se v resnici dogaja digitalna evolucija. Digital je tu, da ostane, \u010de nam je to v\u0161e\u010d ali ne, in vsi so odgovorni, kako se uporablja ta zmogljiva tehnologija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Torej \u0161e enkrat vpra\u0161anje: <strong>Zakaj digitalna odgovornost v vodenju?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prek digitalne tehnologije je transparentnost pri\u0161la v organizacijske strukture kot naslednji evolucijski korak, ki seveda odpravlja potrebo po zapletenih piramidnih strukturah iz preteklosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160e vedno obstaja potreba po hierarhi\u010dnih strukturah znotraj organizacij, zlasti za opredelitev odgovornosti in vlog.
