Zgraditi so jih \u017eeleli skozi \u010das. V tej \u0161tudiji primera boste izvedeli, kako smo pridobili v\u0161e\u010dke na strani za samo 30% cene, ki jo je bil naro\u010dnik pripravljen pla\u010dati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><iframe class=\"giphy-embed\" src=\"https:\/\/giphy.com\/embed\/14cilFdQzr8hG0\" width=\"480\" height=\"270\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kdo je bil naro\u010dnik<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V tem primeru je bil naro\u010dnik ena izmed vodilnih nepremi\u010dninskih agencij za prodajo, nakup in najem stanovanj in hi\u0161 v osrednji Sloveniji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ena izmed njihovih klju\u010dnih prednosti je, da si lahko vsaka stranka izbere nepremi\u010dninskega posrednika, s katerim \u017eeli sodelovati. Vsi sodelavci dobro poznajo nepremi\u010dninski trg, so izku\u0161eni in visoko strokovni pri zagotavljanju pravne podpore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na trgu so \u017ee skoraj 30 let in imajo ve\u010d kot 1.500 zadovoljnih strank ter izjemno pestro bazo nepremi\u010dnin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kdo je bil specialist za digitalni marketing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekt je prevzel Uro\u0161 Vidali, specialist za lead generation kampanje. Z izgradnjo kontaktnih baz ima ve\u010d kot 10 let izku\u0161enj in je v tem \u010dasu izvedel ve\u010d kot 400 tovrstnih projektov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kaj je bil izziv<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekt je imel primarni in sekundarni cilj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Primarni cilj<\/strong>: pribl. 5 mesecev za izgradnjo baze 10.000 + FB v\u0161e\u010dkov<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sekundarni cilj<\/strong>: Dvig prepoznavnosti blagovne znamke (pove\u010danje FB dosega)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cilj<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Primarni cilj<\/strong>: pribl. V 5 mesecih smo gradili bazo 11.304 FB znakov<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sekundarni cilj<\/strong>: Dvig prepoznavnosti blagovne znamke (vmes smo dosegli 146.645 FB doseg)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rezultat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>vlo\u017eeno: 1.621,43 EUR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zbranih FB znakov: 11.304<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>skupni povpre\u010dni vlo\u017eek na FB v\u0161e\u010dke: 0,15 EUR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0,03 EUR je bil najni\u017eji vlo\u017eek, ki smo ga dosegli pri FB v\u0161e\u010dkih<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako nam je uspelo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvedli smo kampanjo v okviru Facebook Ads Managerja. Kampanja je bila namenjena pridobivanju novih v\u0161e\u010dkov Facebook strani. Ogla\u0161evanje je potekalo v dveh delih. avgust \u2013 september 2019 in januar \u2013 marec 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V tem \u010dasu smo izdelali preko 25 razli\u010dnih oglasov. Razli\u010dice so bila razli\u010dna besedila in razli\u010dne slike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ciljna skupina<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Starost: 30 \u2013 55 let, mo\u0161ki in \u017eenske<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lokacija: Osrednja Slovenija<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pred ogla\u0161evanjem smo si postavili limit 0,10 EUR \/ FB v\u0161e\u010dki, ko smo dosegli\/presegli to ceno smo pre\u0161li v fazo optimizacije oglasov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Optimizacija je bila sestavljena iz spreminjanja besedil in slik, da bi na\u0161li novo kombinacijo s cenej\u0161o vrednostjo na FB. Prikazali smo 15 razli\u010dnih kombinacij in variant oglasov, skupaj pa 25 razli\u010dnih oglasov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zaklju\u010dek<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekt je presegel zastavljeni cilj in dosegel tudi zelo dobro ceno na pridobljenem v\u0161e\u010dek (vmes smo dosegli tudi 0,03EUR\/lajk).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naro\u010dnik je imel pred za\u010detkom projekta bazo slabih 2.000 FB v\u0161e\u010dkov, ki smo jo v omenjenem 5-mese\u010dnem obdobju dvignili na 13.000 + FB v\u0161e\u010dkov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Med kampanjo smo opazili, da se uporabniki najbolj odzivajo na kombinacijo izjemno bogatih, privla\u010dnih slik in kratkega, jasnega besedila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To je vse.
